System Integration

Most IT landscapes are not one system: they're several systems that need to exchange data reliably, at volume, without breaking when one side changes. We design integration interfaces for exactly that: standard connectors where they exist, custom interfaces where they don't, using tools built for high-load data exchange (including 1C Data Conversion and SEEBURGER BIS where relevant) alongside integrations with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle. A correctly designed exchange interface is the difference between an integration that survives a system upgrade and one that breaks it.

Business Process Automation

Before we automate anything, we formalize it: mapping the process as it actually runs, identifying where manual steps create risk or delay, and only then building the automation. This is the same process-formalization discipline behind our ERP methodology, applied outside of ERP projects, to approval workflows, document handling, or data reconciliation that's currently done by hand.
