We've delivered a wide range of IT projects across industries and business processes, from ERP implementations to BI systems to process automation, as a full-scope provider: consulting, project delivery, and managed services, rather than handing a project off between vendors at each stage. “IT is our Philosophy” means one thing in practice: the same team stays involved from process mapping through years of post-launch support.
One-Stop-Shop, Not a Relay Race
ERP and BI projects often fail at the handoffs: between the consultant who scoped it, the vendor who built it, and whoever ends up supporting it. We run all three ourselves: consulting and process formalization, delivery (implementation, development, migration), and ongoing support, on a single methodology (process mapping, Fit-GAP, implementation) so nothing gets lost in translation between phases.
Certifications & Expertise
Our team includes certified 1C specialists, PMP and Prince2-certified project managers, and certified IT auditors. Consultants work in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, which matters directly on complex, multi-country implementations where requirements otherwise get lost in translation. Offices
We operate from Varna, Bulgaria (New Miletus Ltd., UIC 208072014) and work with clients across the EU. Project teams work remotely and on-site as the project phase requires; a multi-country rollout does not depend on a single office.

Both partnerships mean implementation follows the platform vendor's own standards, not an improvised process assembled per project.
